Eric Bolling Has A Brilliant Plan To Fight Back After Fox Execs Fired Him

Fox News, which is now run by Rupert Murdoch’s elitist and pampered son James Murdoch as CEO of 21st Century Fox, has clearly lost its direction and its identity. Since last year, it has been on a firing spree, getting rid of many important figures including Bill O’Reilly, Roger Ailes and Bill Shine.

Now the executives at Fox News abruptly made the decision to also let go longtime station host Eric Bolling, who had just signed a multi-year, lucrative deal with the network. The executives are wildly claiming that die hard Donald Trump supporter Bolling sent inappropriate sexual text messages to female colleagues.

Stated Fox executives in their terse dismissal of Eric, “Fox News Channel is cancelling The Specialists, and Eric Bolling and Fox have agreed to part ways amicably. We thank Eric for his ten years of service to our loyal viewers and wish him the best of luck.”

Now, however, it seems as though Bolling has chosen what his second act will be. Commented Eric to Vicki Hyman of NJ.com, “When the lights go down on my TV career, the next step is running for Senate.”

Bolling has built a dedicated fan base at Fox News, and he ended up being one of the network’s most popular hosts. It looks as though Bolling will have a real shot at winning a U.S. Senate seat by leveraging his fan base he gained while at Fox News. Will you support Bolling’s run for the Senate?
